The Feng Shui is used to relieve stress

Feng Shui is an art that has been practiced in the orient for thousands of years.
Feng Shui is used to balance and harmonize your surroundings, while also bringing peace, health and good fortune Feng Shui means "wind and water" in Chinese. In the Chinese culture, wind and water are symbols of health and good fortune. It's based on the belief that the world around us is filled with energy (chi).

The Chi of the world around you could actually make your kingdom flourish or fall. Boosting your Chi and living in harmony with the world's energy around you alleviates stress and brings peace to you, your home and the people in it.

Here are a few tips you can use right now to start relieving stress and experiencing a more well balanced life with Feng Shui:
  1. Decorate with nature. Decorate the surroundings inside your home with aspects of nature to bring yourself peace and relaxation. Feng Shui uses things like running water, fresh flowers and plants to relieve stress and create a soothing environment. Only use fresh flowers and keep them healthy. Wilted flowers and plants represent tension.
  2. Adjust your lighting. An important part of Feng Shui is the way your room is lit. For an optimum feeling of peace and comfort, as well as a romantic mood, all rooms in your home should be very well lit.
  3. Use colors to create different moods. In Feng Shui, colors represent different emotions. Use the power of color to create a flow of positive emotions within yourself. Choose the colors of your room carefully according to the principles of Feng Shui to create the mood of your choice in your home. * Purple represents spiritual awareness. * Blue is used to create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. * Red enhances energy.
  4. Use scents to relax. Aromatherapy is often practiced alongside Feng Shui and complements it nicely. Though the use of aromatherapy, you can easily enhance your mood or pull yourself out of a bad one. *Choosing the right aroma for the right room is important. Certain scents promote peace and tranquility, while others incease energy and felp you to get pepped up for the tasks you face. Using the proper aroma will remove the negative energy from your presence.
  5. Arrange your furniture and fixtures to support your success. The arrangement of your furniture and the things around you is a large part of Fenh Shui. Even the things you have hanging on your walls can make a big difference in your productivity, relaxation and feelings of security.

Vegetarianism

Definition
A vegetarian diet is a meal plan that contains little or no animal products.
Types of vegetarian diets include:
Vegan: Diet consists of only foods of plant origin.
Lacto-vegetarian: Diet consists of plant foods plus some or all dairy products.
Lacto-ovovegetarian: Diet consists of plant foods, dairy products, and eggs.
Semi- or partial vegetarian: Diet consists of plant foods and may include chicken or fish, dairy products, and eggs. It does not include red meat.

Alternative Names
Lacto-ovovegetarian; Semi-vegetarian; Partial vegetarian; Vegan; Lacto-vegetarian

Function
A person may choose to follow a vegetarian diet for a variety of reasons, including religious, moral or political beliefs, economics, or the desire to eat more healthy foods.
The American Dietetic Association states that a well-planned vegetarian diet can deliver good nutrition. Dietary recommendations vary with the type of vegetarian diet. For children and adolescents these diets require special planning, because it may be difficult to obtain all the nutrients required for growth and development.
Nutrients that may be lacking in a vegetarian's diet include:
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D
Riboflavin
Zinc
Iron
Protein

Protein is necessary for good health. There are two types of protein: complete and incomplete. Complete proteins contain adequate amounts of the essential substances (amino acids) needed for health. They are found in meats, milk, fish, soy, and eggs. Incomplete proteins contain all of the essential amino acids, but not enough of them.
You do not have to eat animal products to get complete proteins in your diet. You can mix two incomplete proteins or an incomplete protein with a complete protein to get the proper amount. Some combinations are milk and cereal, peanut butter and bread, beans and rice, beans and corn tortillas, and macaroni and cheese.
